Team Express, Inc. makes every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day they are received. Our standard cut-off time for daily order processing is 4:00 pm CST Monday - Friday. Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday.

Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your credit card information. Please make certain that you provide your correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code.

NEXT DAY SERVICE:

Next Day shipping service is available for orders placed before 4 p.m. CST for in-stock items only. In-Stock items that are shipped via Next Day service arrive in (1) business day after leaving our distribution center. Deliveries for Next Day service are made Mondays through Fridays only.

Backordered items are not available for overnight shipping. Guaranteed Next Day shipping is not available for US Territories. All UPS Services are guaranteed or shipping is refunded.

Second Day shipping service is available for orders placed before 4 p.m. CST for in-stock items only. In-Stock items that are shipped via second day service arrive in (2) business days after leaving our distribution center. Deliveries for standard second day service are made Mondays through Fridays only.

UPS GROUND SERVICE:

UPS Ground shipping service is available for orders placed before 4 p.m. CST for in-stock items. In-Stock items that are shipped via UPS Ground service typically arrive within (1-5) business days after leaving our distribution center. Deliveries for UPS Ground service are made Mondays through Fridays only.

Standard Ground shipping service is via UPS or USPS depending upon shipment weight and destination. Orders under 1 lb. and orders shipping to a rural address or P.O. Box will be delivered by the USPS. All other Standard Ground shipments are via UPS.

DOMESTIC UPS DELIVERY TRANSIT TIMES:

To get accurate estimates, please refer to UPS Transit Time Calculator by clicking on the UPS logo and going to the UPS site. Use the "origin" postal code of 78216 for Softball Sales, Inc. and "destination" postal code of where your package is being shipped.

VIRGIN ISLANDS & OTHER US TERRITORIES:

Standard shipping to the Virgin Islands and other US Territories is via US Postal Service.

APO & FPO SERVICE:

APO & FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service.

CANADIAN SERVICE:

Team Express, Inc. offers the following small package and freight services to Canada:

Standard delivery options for small package shipments (Orders < 350 lbs. with Individual Pkgs < 70 lbs.):

USPS Global Priority 3-5 Business Days

USPS Global Express 2-3 Business Days

Standard delivery options for freight shipments (Orders > 350 lbs.) :

UPS Air Freight Preferred (3-5 Business Days)

A $3.00 handling fee will be applied to all orders with an address outside the 50 States (Canada, APO, and US Territories) unless all items are excluded from Shipping charges.

** Customer will be responsible for duties & taxes at the time of delivery.
*** All Shipments will be quoted & priced on an individual order basis.
**** Canadian orders will NOT ship until you are contacted by a Customer Service Representative to discuss shipping options and costs.
***** Easton and Under Armour do not allow its products to be shipped to Canadian addresses from Team Express.
