Use to catch 12 year old son for pitching practice. Provided adequate protection, but will require additional padding in the near future. Takes a good amount of effort to break glove in to a flexible state.

This is the best catcher's mitt I've ever had or used. Extremely comfortable, breaks in very well, and has great padding fro pitchers with significant velocity. The price was great too. I use it for adult fast pitch and for warming up little league pitchers. Good for all types of baseball from coaching to competitive.

Love this glove! Best catchers glove I have ever had. Lots of padding and has a great feel. It only takes about two days to break in if you are a serious to moderate athlete. Do not believe all of the casual players. This glove is so good I knew I had to buy the rest of the gloves in the series and the they don't disappoint either. Buy this great glove.
